This motel is great, you can actually negotiate the hours you wanna stay, not hard on your wallet, just what you need, nothing fancy, comfortable bed, good shower, ac, what more do you want?
Wonderful place that I felt very safe sleeping at. Front desk staff was super friendly and offered me drinks, and gave me my deposit back with no issue whatsoever. Really clean bathroom and sink too!
The management here is superb! They were extremely professional, empathetic, and extremely helpful. Given the fact that I requested a room in short notice, they were able to accommodate me super well. The room was private, clean and comfortable. I definitely will be staying again, and will recommend this motel to my friends and family. I wish I could give more stars for their customer service!
Wonderful staff. The rooms were pretty basic but they were very clean which I really appreciate and they had a microwave and frig so that was a bonus. It was a perfect location! Close to everything without having to go thru a lot of confusing roads which is a bonus when you aren’t real familiar with the area. Also seemed to be in a nicer and safer part of the city. So lovely experience all the way around and would recommend.
Very clean, and has what you need as in fridge, bathroom, bed, t.v. I had a great time and it was so quiet and peaceful.
The owner, I never caught his name, is so friendly and helpful during our three day stay. Security cameras are everywhere which I appreciate. Five minutes after we left and checked out, the owner called us and said we forgot to pick up our 50 dollar deposit and told us to come back and he will run it out to our car for us! This never happens nowadays! Thank you to the wonderful man for being so accommodating! Much love!
Hesitant to see it listed as 1 star online so I didn't expect much. It was close to my job site so I figured what the hell. But upset to see the online price was not what I was told at the desk but for check in with no reservation at 10pm in ne San Antonio, I couldn't complain. Gentleman at the desk was superb, and wanted us to check the room before he charged me. I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were not only clean, stocked and well kept, but even the smoking room smelled nice. They only have 2 double occupancy rooms, so it was a bit tight with the 2 double beds, but completely do-able. We will be staying here again, the rates and quality of this little motel far exceed any of its surrounding competition. A definitive diamond in the rough. One negative, very few outlets, and the ones built into the lamps are for show as none of them work.. but the fridge and microwave and nice tv make up for that.
